I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer a return — to your biology, your breath, your deep inner knowing.

I’m Julia, the founder of Primal Radiance. I help women rebuild their strength, restore their rhythm, and remember what it feels like to live in a body that works with them, not against them. My approach is rooted in timeless principles — metabolic nourishment, nervous system restoration, hormone literacy, and movement that reclaims the body as home.

I Didn’t Always Feel Strong, Clear, or Connected.

Like many women, I spent years chasing health through extremes — under-eating, over-training, overthinking every symptom. I lived in cycles of burnout and “bounce back,” always pushing, always coping, rarely thriving.

The more I tried to fix myself, the more disconnected I became from my body. I was tired, inflamed, dysregulated, and constantly in a low-grade fight with my own biology.

What changed wasn’t a single protocol. It was a remembering — of ancient ways, of primal rhythms, of what it means to live with the body instead of against it.

I started learning the language of the nervous system. I rebuilt my strength from the ground up. I nourished myself deeply. I stopped outsourcing wisdom and started listening inward.

What emerged wasn’t perfection — it was power. Rooted, radiant, quiet power.

And now, that’s what I help other women reclaim.

My Turning Point

Today I live in partnership with my body. I move with purpose, not punishment. I eat to nourish, not to control. I design my days around rhythm, not reaction. And the truth is — I never knew I could feel this good. Calm, strong, clear, alive. Not just coping, but deeply well.

That’s why I do this work. Because more women need to know: you don’t have to live disconnected or depleted. You can live a primal life — rooted in ancient rhythms — while navigating the modern world. You can feel amazing and powerful in your body. I want to help you get there. I carry this truth like fire — too powerful not to share.

We already carry the blueprint for vitality. It’s written into our physiology, our cycles, our cravings for sun, salt, strength, stillness.

My coaching is built on the truth that healing happens in rhythm. In nourishment, not restriction. In strength, not strain. In listening, not fighting.

I draw from ancestral wisdom and modern science, combining metabolic nourishment, somatic practices, strength training, hormone support, and daily ritual — all tailored to the reality of modern life.

Why I Do This Work — and Who It’s For

I’m a certified ISSA Health and Wellness Coach, movement practitioner, and forever student of functional health, physiology, and feminine biology. I’ve studied the science — metabolism, hormones, stress response — and I’ve lived the reality of burnout, disconnection, and rebuilding from the inside out.

My clients are often women who’ve tried it all — the tracking apps, the elimination diets, the high-intensity everything — and still feel tired, wired, inflamed, or out of sync.

They want clarity. They want to feel strong. They want their energy back, their cycle balanced, their brain online. Most of all, they want to trust their body again.

If that’s you — you’re not broken. You’re simply overdue for a more rooted way forward.

Things That Ground Me

I believe the way we live is the work.

My personal practices are simple, sensory, and sacred: lifting heavy things, sunrise light, slow mornings, bone broth, cold water, ritual walks, herbal infusions, and always — quiet time to listen.

I’m a coach, but I’m also a student — of cycles, of land, of rhythm, of self.
I value integrity, adaptability, and the kind of strength that speaks softly but carries weight.

A Few Things About Me:

  • Current obsession: Sun bathing, cedar smoke, and raw milk.

  • Favorite strength move: Deadlifts — because they make everything else feel lighter.

  • Most sacred ritual: Stepping outside barefoot before the sun rises.

  • If I could only eat one thing forever: Prime Rib.

  • What I never skip: Movement, magnesium, and moments of stillness.
