We’ll connect for 30 minutes to talk about your current challenges, your goals, and whether this work feels like a good fit for you — no pressure, no hard sell.
3. Custom Coaching Sessions
We’ll meet regularly (via video or phone) to work through your personalized plan — covering nourishment, movement, nervous system support, hormone balance, and daily rhythms. You’ll leave each session with clear, practical steps.
2. Personalized Intake + Assessment
If we decide to work together, I’ll guide you through a thorough intake process to understand your health history, symptoms, patterns, and unique lifestyle. This is where we connect the dots.
4. Ongoing Support + Adjustments
Healing isn’t linear. I’m here between sessions for questions, accountability, and fine-tuning your plan as your body changes and progresses.
